Late Payments & Suspension

• Invoice Generation: Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date.
• Grace Period: We typically offer a small grace period (1-2 days) after the due date.
• Suspension: If unpaid, the server is automatically suspended (files remain, but server stops).
• Termination: After a certain period (usually 7-14 days) of non-payment, the service is terminated and files are permanently deleted. Please pay on time to avoid data loss.
