Opening a Support Ticket

Direct support is handled through our WHMCS Client Area.

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Click on Open Ticket in the support menu.
  3. Choose the appropriate department (Support, Billing, or Sales).
  4. Describe your issue in detail. Screenshots are always helpful!
  5. Submit the ticket. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you.
