Resetting Passwords

Client Area (Billing)

If you forgot your billing password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it via email.

Game Panel

1. Log in to the Client Area.
2. Navigate to your active service.
3. Look for the Change Password option in the service management menu.
4. This will sync a new password to your Pterodactyl game panel.
