• Your refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase date.
• It must be your first order for the specific service type (e.g., first Minecraft server).
• Your account must be in good standing, with no history of abuse or Terms of Service violations.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Client Area.
2. Open a new Support Ticket under the Billing department.
3. Clearly state that you wish to request a refund and provide a brief reason (this helps us improve).

Once approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
