Refund Policy

At KAARMA CLOUD, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your service. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
1.1 New Customers
New customers are eligible for a full refund on their first service purchase within the first 24 hours of the initial billing period, provided that:
- The service has not been actively used (e.g., no players have joined a Minecraft server, no significant data has been uploaded to a VPS).
- The request is submitted through our support system.
1.2 Existing Customers
Existing customers may be eligible for a prorated refund if they downgrade or cancel their service before the end of a prepaid billing cycle. Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service period.
2. Specific Service Refunds
2.1 Minecraft & Game Servers
- Unused Servers: Full refund available within 24 hours if the server has not been accessed or used by players.
- Used Servers: No refund is available after the 24-hour window, unless the service was not delivered as promised.
2.2 VPS & Dedicated Servers
- New Orders: Full refund available within 24 hours if no significant configuration or data transfer has occurred.
- Setup Fees: Non-refundable setup fees may apply.
2.3 Web Hosting
- Shared Hosting: Full refund available within 24 hours of sign-up if no websites have been created or files uploaded.
- After 24 Hours: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any setup fees.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations or renewals.
- SSL certificates.
- One-time setup fees.
- Services used beyond the 24-hour guarantee period, unless a service error occurred.
- Unused service time after the refund period has expired.
- Services terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team via the client area ticket system or email at support@kaarma.cloud.
- Provide your account details and the reason for your refund request.
- Our billing department will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, KAARMA CLOUD reserves the right to issue a discretionary refund, even if the standard policy conditions are not met. This is at the sole discretion of our management team.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in service termination and a $15 administrative fee. We encourage all customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
