Welcome to KAARMA CLOUD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Account Terms

1. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. KAARMA CLOUD cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Payment, Refunds, and Upgrades

1. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
2. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms or our Refund Policy.
3. You may upgrade or downgrade your service plan at any time. Changes to your billing cycle will take effect on your next billing date.
4. For services eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, requests must be made within the specified time frame and in accordance with the policy.

3. Cancellation and Termination

1. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your client area.
2. KAARMA CLOUD, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account and block access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

1. KAARMA CLOUD reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. Prices for services are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from KAARMA CLOUD. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the KAARMA CLOUD website or through other communication channels.

5. Service Rules and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, host, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
• Transmit, or procure the sending of, any material containing software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KAARMA CLOUD expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KAARMA CLOUD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. General Conditions

1. The failure of KAARMA CLOUD to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KAARMA CLOUD and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and KAARMA CLOUD (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).
